We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to join our international projects. This is a fully remote, long-term role with great opportunities for growth.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Work with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
- Prepare and maintain User Stories, BRD, FSD.
- Analyze and model business processes, propose solutions.
- Manage and prioritize multiple requests/projects at the same time.
- Collaborate with Dev, QA, and PM teams to ensure accurate delivery.
- Work independently, solve problems proactively, and support internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- From 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in user stories and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Fluent in English.
- Having knowledge of automation platforms (Workato, UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
