Work location: Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City
Working type: Full-time, Hybrid/Remote (4-6 days/months at office)
2. Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders to ensure feasibility and completeness.
- Work closely with Product Owner, stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to communicate and validate business requirements.
- Create and maintain business documentation such as BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes, Workflow, and Data Flow Diagrams.
- Propose effective solutions that align with business needs and project objectives.
- Participate in project planning, risk analysis, feasibility studies, and process improvements.
- Support UAT activities by reviewing test cases and validating that the product meets business requirements.
- Mentor and provide guidance for junior/mid-level Business Analysts within the team.
3. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques, process modeling (BPMN/UML), and documentation writing.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills; experience in working with international clients is a plus.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in BA tools: JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq, MS Visio, or similar.
- English: strong reading/writing skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
