Job Description
- Drive the Credit and Insurance services business on operation role
- UAT/Live Testing of new features or enhancement, ensuring progress and
- managing the outcome of UAT/ Live Testing
- Align, build, and improve operational SOPs with internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams & external partners to solve tickets daily
- Daily check and return final results (status/solution/timeline) of on-boarding applications as well as pending/error transactions (disbursement/repayment/refund, etc.)
- Identify, alert related stakeholders and deal with issues related to operating/ system errors to take immediate action in case there is any issue that may affect our user experience
- Coordinate with stakeholders to evaluate and analyze problems; find out the root causes and propose solutions that effectively recover Customer Experience.
- Other assigned tasks from Management team
Requirements
Must have
- At least 3-5 year experience in a tech start-up (e-commerce, fintech) or banking and financial institutions for an operation role
- Ability to work under pressure, analyze problems and propose solutions
- Critical & logical thinking, problem solving skills, flexibility in handling problems
- Proficiency communication skills in English and Vietnamese (verbal and written) to coordinate with internal stakeholders across the region
Nice to have
- Good team player, positive attitude with a can-do attitude, & integrity and responsibility
- Background in Banking/Finance/Insurance. Have knowledges/experiences in credit & banking, transactions & orders processing
- A fast learner who is meticulous and detail-oriented
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides, SQL
