- Operational Solutions & Daily Issue Management
Act as the key solutioning point for operational issues related to outbound fulfillment raised by
Brands/sellers
- Handle and resolve operational issues across seller - warehouse - fulfillment flows.
- Investigate root causes and coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for timely
resolution.
- Track recurring operational patterns and ensure clear communication and alignment with
brands.
- Provide structured inputs to process improvement and preventive measures.
- New Seller Operational Enablement
Own operational solutioning for new sellers onboarding into SBS warehouse:
- Act as the main PIC for operational onboarding of new sellers into SBS WH.
- Assess seller operational readiness and propose suitable operating models with relevant
stakeholders.
- Align seller workflows, SOPs, and exception handling with internal operation teams.
- Support pilot, go-live, and early-stage stabilization to ensure smooth transitions.
- Cross-functional Operations & Process Improvement
- Drive cross-functional coordination and continuous improvement across end-to-end
fulfillment operations to enhance execution quality and service level.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and other Shopee internal teams to align and execute
operational solutions.
- Design and standardize scalable operational processes, SOPs, and guidelines for
sellers and internal teams.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce fulfillment.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and operational process design/SOP development skills.
- Project management capability and strategic thinking to drive operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong ownership and end-to-end accountability.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity operational environments.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
