Job Description
- Build, maintain, and update reports/dashboards for Operations and Business teams to monitor all credit & insurance products flows on front-end and back-end
- Retrieve and deliver periodic and ad-hoc reports for Ops, BD, CI, and Regional Team, supporting requests from management and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze product performance, support business initiatives, and evaluate impacts of new features to propose improvements
- Identify abnormal trends, investigate system issues, and develop metrics and visualizations to enhance monitoring and decision-making
- Collaborate closely with Ops sub-teams to understand their needs and pain points, automate operational processes and reporting through queries and dashboards, and propose data-driven enhancements to improve efficiency
- Mentor, supervise, and ensure the quality of work delivered by members of the Data Analysis team
- Other assigned tasks from Management team
Requirements
Must have
- At least 3-5 year experience in Data process and analyzing field for Operations, Products, and Business in banks, fin-tech, or e-commerce corporations
- Graduating with a Bachelor's degree and above in Statistics, Business, Data Analytics, and other related fields
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Critical & logical thinking, problem solving skills, flexibility in handling problems
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese (verbal and written) to coordinate with internal stakeholders across the region
