Job Description
Product UI/UX:
- Daily check in UI/UX of all credit product flow as per SOP
- Collect, archive, and organize all versions of UI flows to create a centralized and efficient documentation source.
Communication & Education
- Follow up to new features/products
- Create and review contents for Help Center/Seller Edu articles on relevant channels (Shopee, ShopeePay, ShopeeFood, ShopeeExpress, etc)
- Co-manage and monitor user concerns/feedback via comments/inbox on SPL facebook fanpage/groups
Social Listening
- Daily review and monitor customers feedbacks on social media via Kompa services
- Handle social noise and crisis escalation cases as per SOP
Requirements
Other tasks assigned by Team Leader
Must have
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer experience or customer service role, preferably in a tech start-up (e-commerce, fintech).
- A strong understanding of customer experience and user experience principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides and strong skills in user educational content writing.
- Strong critical and logical thinking skills, along with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Flexibility in addressing challenges and maintaining composure under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (verbal and written).
Nice to have
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with integrity, responsibility, and a can-do mindset.
- A background in Finance/Banking, with knowledge or experience in credit, banking operations, transactions.
- A fast learner who is detail-oriented and meticulous in completing tasks.
