Job Description
- Define, standardize, and monitor key business, financial, product, and portfolio performance metrics.
- Build dashboards, management reports, and data marts to support performance reviews and decision-making.
- Analyze acquisition, activation, utilization, retention, portfolio growth, revenue, cost efficiency, and profitability.
- Partner with local and regional teams on planning, forecasting, KPI setting, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead deep-dive analyses, simulations, impact assessments, and experiment evaluations for new products, campaigns, pricing, and process changes.
- Ensure reporting accuracy through data validation, quality controls, standardized logic, and clear documentation.
- Manage team priorities, workload allocation, delivery timelines, and stakeholder expectations across recurring and ad-hoc requests
Requirements
Must have
- At least 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Financial Analytics, or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong SQL proficiency, with hands-on experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing large and complex datasets.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, business performance reviews.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehouse concepts, and data mart design to support scalable and sustainable reporting solutions.
- Proven ability to work closely with business and cross-functional stakeholders, clarify requirements, challenge assumptions, and deliver insights that support decision-making.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly accountable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to explain complex data findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience working in e-commerce, fintech, digital payments, or product-driven environments.
- Familiarity with financial products such as digital wallets, payments, lending, credit, insurance products.
