Job Description

1. Fieldwork Operations & Project Delivery

Lead end-to-end fieldwork operations across research projects, including participant recruitment, study scheduling and resource deployment. Manage operational efficiency and project timelines to ensure studies are delivered efficiently and to required quality standards.

2. Team, Vendor & Service Management

Recruit, train, assess and supervise fieldwork personnel to maintain high standards in participant recruitment, interviewing and data collection. Manage vendor performance and service quality, including vendor audits and payment verification, and oversee participant reimbursement processes.

3. Data Quality, Compliance & Research Governance

Ensure the integrity, accuracy, completeness and security of participant data and research documentation, including consent forms, questionnaires and operational databases. Monitor data and fieldwork process quality and manage documentation exceptions and rework. Maintain IRB submissions, consent forms, SOPs, guides and work instructions in accordance with research governance and study requirements.

4. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

Drive continuous improvement in fieldwork operations by designing, testing and implementing new workflows, surveys and operational processes. Investigate participant complaints and operational incidents, identify root causes and improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency, quality and participant experience.

Qualifications

  1. A degree holder, preferably from a biomedical or life science discipline
  2. Minimum 3 years of working experience and 2 year of supervisory experience
  3. Effective communication and writing skills
  4. Careful and meticulous with data and fund management
  5. Proficient in Microsoft applications
  6. Experience with Redcap or equivalent survey building application and Power Automate, and understanding of basic R programming will be an advantage
