About the SFO:
We are a Singapore-based SFO established to execute the principal&aposs investment activities and provide supporting services to select entities. The SFO operates the following key functions:
Investment: Advising an affiliated fund to make direct investments across asset classes such as fixed income, equities, derivatives, commodities, real estate, start-ups, hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and other funds.
Consulting: Providing strategic advisory services to select entities in navigating partnerships, growth strategies, and operational transformations to maximize value.
Property Management: Managing the acquisition, asset improvement, leasing, and sale of real estate assets.
Concierge: Delivering personalized concierge and lifestyle management services, such as travel coordination, event planning, household management, and day-to-day support.
Finance: Handling financial control, procurement, bookkeeping, accounting, human resources, tax, legal, compliance, operations, and information technology for selected entities.

About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate/AVP, Finance and Corporate Secretary to join our growing organization. This key role covers the full spectrum of financial management and corporate secretarial duties, ensuring statutory compliance and sound financial governance. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on accounting, regulatory filing, and secretarial experience.
Key Responsibilities:
(a)Finance. (i) Handle bookkeeping; (ii) manage revenue, expense, receivable, payable, payroll, cash, and budget; (iii) liaise with financial institutions on Know-Your-Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and other procedures; (iv) prepare management accounts and financial statements, including but not limited to general ledger, trial balance, profit & loss, balance sheet, and consolidation accounting, and (v) identify, negotiate, and coordinate with external vendors.
(b) Tax. (i) Plan, prepare and submit tax and related filings including but not limited to Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and annual tax returns (Form C/C-S) for Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns (Form F5/F8), property tax, Central Provident Fund (CPF), Skill Developer Levy (SDL), employer income tax filing (Form IR8A, IR21, and others), Foreign Worker Levy (FWL), individual income tax filing, MediSave filing, and other filings, and (ii) coordinate, monitor, and communicate with Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and other relevant parties to meet required timelines.
(c) Corporate Secretary. (i) ensure compliance under relevant laws pertaining to registrations and maintenance of companies, (ii) prepare required filings including but not limited to handling officer changes (appointment, resignation, removal, and change in particulars), manage alterations of capital and transfer of shares, handle issuance of debt, shares, and charge registrations, strike-offs and re-domiciliation, register various forms of legal entities. Dividend declarations, annual return, redenomination of shares, capital consolidation, subdivision of shares, share reductions, and director and member resolutions; (iii) maintaining statutory registers and other relevant forms per relevant legal requirements;and (iv) coordinate, monitor, and communicate with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and other relevant parties to meet required timelines.
(d) Other. (i) Manage the acquisition, asset improvement, leasing, and sale of real estate assets; (ii) coordinate travel, plan events, manage household matters, and provide day-to-day support; (iii) assist in maintaining a strong team culture and smooth operations; (iv) assist in the daily operations of a wide range of business activities; (v) promote and protect the interests of the company; and (vi) perform other ad hoc duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA, CA, CPA preferred)
- Qualified/registered Corporate Secretary in Singapore (SAICSA/ICSA, etc.)
- At least 3 years experience in finance/accounting and company secretarial roles
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Up-to-date knowledge of Singapore ACRA, IRAS and MAS regulations
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Reliable, able to work independently and take initiative
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience supporting C-suite, board, and investors preferred
- Fluent English (Mandarin is a plus)
