Control progress and database of VPAC issues in system (JIRA, sharepoint,...).
Verify and arrange report to VPAC President about field actions with PICs. Arrange report to ERC to get field action decision.
Working with AFS to deploy field actions after have the decision from ERC/ Working Team.
Rountine:
Review potential VPAC candidates from Safety, Regulatory, Loss of primary function or walk home issues.
Manage VIN list of suspect vehicles for field actions.
Tracking the progress of field actions and analyze field actions data.
Built and manage dashboard for field actions progress tracking (JIRA, Power BI,).
Organize and maintain critical investigation documents from VF Product Assurance Committtee and VF Design Assurance Committeein within the Quality Case
Management System Portal. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of documentation. Monitor actions and track due dates. Hold person accountable.
Lead projects as assigned for developmental purposes.
Willingness to work over 24/7 (as required) to get the job done in a fast pace, global environment.
Position Overview
Working in a global team environment interfacing with VN, US, CA, EU and others.
You will work closely with Aftersales team and also the Engineering and Plant teams to handle critical field issue.

Requirements
6+ years experience in automotive or related industries.
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering).
High proficiency in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Power point, Word, Excel, Visio).
Basic understanding about automotive modules, especially EV.
Experience in quality problem solving and quality mindset (8D, Why Why, FTA, ).
Demonstrated agility in operating within matrix organizations and teams.
Highly motivated, self-starter, and active learner with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills and able to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams from different areas of the company and with the key supplier.
