Senior Accounting Manager

II. What you need to do

1. Financial Operations & Compliance

Supervise and ensure accurate processing, recording, and storage of all accounting data and documents.

Oversee the validation of invoices, accounting entries, and payment requests to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.

2. Taxation & Regulatory Management

Lead the preparation and submission of VAT, PIT, CIT, licensing tax, and other statutory reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly).

Serve as the main liaison with tax authorities, auditors, and regulators during audits, inspections, and declarations, ensuring timely compliance and resolution of audit findings.

Monitor changes in tax and accounting regulations, advising management on implications and ensuring timely compliance.

3. Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis

Oversee monthly and annual financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.

Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights, supporting leadership in strategic decision-making.

Monitor KPIs and key financial drivers to evaluate business performance and recommend improvement areas.

4. Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Management

Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes; collaborate with business units to align financial planning with strategic priorities.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to optimize financial efficiency and stability.

5. Process Optimization & Systems

Manage accounting policies, procedures, and workflows to drive consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.

Evaluate and recommend system enhancements or automation tools to streamline accounting operations and improve reporting capabilities.

6. Leadership & Process Improvement

Lead, coach, and develop accounting team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and automation within the finance function.

Promote strong cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and maintain professional relationships with banks, tax authorities, and external stakeholders.

III. What you should have

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or comparable certification preferred.

9+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a minimum of 5 years in manager roles.

Strong proficiency in financial reporting standards (VAS, IFRS), tax compliance, internal controls, and ERP/accounting systems.

Demonstrated leadership, analytical acumen, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to communicate in English fluently is an advantage.
