Financial Accounting Manager

Position : FA Manager

Working Place : Dong Nai

Report to : Senior Financial Manager (foreigner)

Main Responsibilities:

Responsibility for day-to-day accounting operations.

Build and lead a team to cover AR, AP, GL, and cashflow management functions.

Responsible for the preparation of financial statements, internal reporting, and tax returns.

Responsible for statutory audit and assist with parent company consolidation audit matters.

Preparation of liquidity planning, financial analysis and evaluations as well as participation in budget planning.

Qualified contact person for our specialist departments in all accounting matters.

Further development and digitalization of commercial processes and structures in close coordination with the specialist departments.

Regular report delivery to corporate office on month-end financial report and cashflow forecast.

Execute the internal control systems and report structure designed by corporate office.

Technical and Experienced Requirements

8+ years of proven experience in financial management, including accounting operations, FP&A.

Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Regional exposure and / or MNC experience a definite advantage.

CPA Qualification is a plus.

Knowledge in SAP system is a plus.

Proficient in written and spoken English.

Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong hands-on skills.
