As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a skilled Senior Accountantto strengthen our finance team, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support robust financial management practices.

Position Summary

The Senior Accountantwill be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), IFRS, and regulatory requirements. The role requires a detail-oriented finance professional with strong technical accounting knowledge and prior experience in banking, financial services, or fintech.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Accounting

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with SFRS/IFRS.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

Assist in the preparation of management reports, variance analysis, and financial performance dashboards.

Regulatory & Compliance

Support statutory audits, tax filings, and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulators.

Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions.

Financial Operations

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Support treasury functions including cash flow management and forecasting.

Assist in internal control reviews and recommend improvements to strengthen financial governance.

Business Support

Work closely with the Head of Finance and management team to support financial audit, planning and analysis.

Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.

Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) preferred.

57 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in financial services, banking, or fintech.

Strong knowledge of SFRS/IFRS, MAS reporting requirements, and corporate tax.

Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills.

High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Vietnamese and/or Chinese would be an advantage.
