Job Description

Job Description:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Ops KAMs, Commercial Team, Seller Communication) to understand seller's operational challenges and develop performance improvement projects for sellers.
Development of various operation-related services and supports that meet sellers needs.
Enhancement of current products and features offered by Shopee for sellers
Manage overall plan and daily performance of projects to meet KPIs.
Work on project management tasks including
Collect, review analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities
Develop project plans, schedules, and dependencies
Coordinate implementation, and drive actions across different teams
Track project results and outline initiatives to allocate resources effectively
Present the project outcomes
Coordinate with other teams to assist in delivering project results.
Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).
Preferred at least 2 years of work experience in project management, process improvement, or business development.
Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
Good execution skills.
Outcome-oriented, plan clear and systematic approaches, processes, and timelines, resourceful in getting the job done.
Strong numerical and data analysis background for sizing impact/ problem for sizing impact/ problem.
Familiar with dashboard design, data analysis, and visualization tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, etc.).
Able to produce periodic reports with highlighted insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
