Platform Performance Review: Review and identify opportunities to enhance platform performance, improve the efficiency of how we manage sellers, define the optimal BD organizational structure, and assess the overall seller landscape.
Framework & Criteria Design: Initiate changes and conduct deep-dive analysis on C2C RM KPIs and Managed Seller selection criteria, aligned with the platform's strategic growth direction.
Initiative Monitoring: Monitor the progress of initiatives and ensure that targets and deliverables are consistently met.
Cross-Functional Execution: Manage ad-hoc tasks and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues as they arise.
Market & Industry Insight: Stay ahead of developments and trends within the e-commerce industry, particularly as they relate to seller management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of working experience, ideally within Consulting, E-commerce, Tech, Commercial Strategy, or another highly analytical environment.
Strong analytical capabilities with proven experience in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and structured problem-solving. Comfortable navigating large datasets and analytical tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive execution excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders (e.g., Ops, Product, Commercial teams) to drive alignment and results.
Highly creative and results-oriented. A self-starter who can generate actionable ideas from analysis and take ownership of their implementation.
Comfortable working with data and analytical tools (advanced Excel).
