We are looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist to join the team working on a large-scale, multi-language website network targeting high-volume search markets across South Asia. This role requires someone who understands both the strategic and technical sides of SEO and can bridge the gap between content direction and engineering implementation without needing to be guided through every step.
#2 Main Responsibilities
Keyword & Content Strategy
- Research and analyze keywords across multiple markets and languages
- Build keyword allocation plans that prevent internal competition across the network
- Analyze competitor gaps by content category and market
Technical SEO
- Define schema markup structure and manage sitemap architecture for a multi-site, multi-language system
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits across the network
- Identify and resolve duplicate content, canonicalization, and pagination issues at scale
- Collaborate directly with AI Engineers to integrate SEO requirements into the automation pipeline
Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor ranking and organic traffic across the network using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, or equivalent
- Detect early signs of algorithm updates or manual actions and recommend response actions
- Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for the team
#3 Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of practical SEO experience, with experience in multi-site or large-scale projects.
- Strong technical SEO skills: schema markup, hreflang, sitemap, crawl budget, Core Web Vitals.
- Ability to read and verify HTML and JSON-LD output without engineer's explanation.
- Experience in building content strategies and keyword plans for competitive markets.

- Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale content automation projects
- Understanding of multi-language SEO and search behavior in South and Southeast Asian markets
- Ability to work with structured data outputs from automation pipelines
