About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager Promotion & Campaign to own the end-to-end product experience for promotions and campaigns within Masan's loyalty and rewards ecosystem. This role focuses on designing, launching, and optimizing campaign mechanics that drive user engagement, partner activation, and measurable business outcomeswhile working closely with brands, retailers, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Product Ownership
- Define and own the product roadmap for promotion and campaign features, including offer creation tools, campaign landing pages, notification flows, and incentive mechanics.
- Translate business and partner goals into clear product initiatives, success metrics, and execution plans.
- Identify high-impact campaign levers across the user journeyfirst earn, first redeem, repeat usage, and special event campaigns.
Campaign Design & Mechanics Optimization
- Design and optimize promotion mechanics: points multipliers, cashback, vouchers, tiered rewards, limited-time offers, and referral campaigns.
- Run experiments (A/B tests, holdouts) on campaign formats, targeting rules, and incentive structures to maximize conversion and engagement.
- Balance campaign attractiveness with unit economicsdefine caps, budget controls, and anti-abuse mechanisms.
Data-driven Decision Making
- Define tracking events and KPIs for each campaign; work with Data/BI teams to build dashboards and measure impact.
- Analyze campaign performance using cohort analysis, segmentation, and funnel metrics to identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews; produce insights and scalable playbooks for future campaigns.
Partner & Brand Collaboration
- Collaborate directly with brands, merchants, and ecosystem partners to co-design campaign mechanics, align on KPIs, and manage budgets.
- Act as the product point-of-contact for partner campaign requests, translating business requirements into product solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance, Marketing) to ensure smooth, on-schedule campaign launches.
Cross-functional Delivery
- Write clear PRDs covering campaign product scope, requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurement needs.
- Work closely with Engineering to break down campaign features into deliverable milestones and ship iteratively.
- Own product outcomes end-to-end: discover build launch measure iterate.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Campaign Management, Growth, or Performance Marketing with strong product ownership.
- Hands-on experience designing and launching promotions or campaign programs at scale (e-commerce, retail, FMCG, fintech, or O2O).
- Strong data-driven mindsetcampaign analytics, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and performance interpretation (SQL is a plus).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience writing clear PRDs and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record working directly with external partners (brands, merchants) to deliver joint campaign initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with loyalty programs, voucher/cashback mechanics, or rewards platforms.
- Familiarity with campaign management tools and product analytics platforms (Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4).
- Understanding of incentive economics and anti-fraud/anti-abuse mechanisms (caps, velocity checks, budget controls).
- Experience with CMS-driven campaign tools, offer management systems, or promotion engines.
