Job Description

Start2 Group is a global innovation leader taking your startup journey to the next level. As a premier startup ecosystem platform, Start2 Group serves as the ultimate destination for growth-oriented startups, corporations, investors, and governments to shape and scale ventures with growth potential.

Founded in 2008, Start2 Group has consistently played a pivotal role in the success stories of thousands of startups, guiding them seamlessly from initial fundraising to global expansion. We operate in key markets across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and the Middle East, shaping the future of innovation on a global scale.

We are seeking a data-obsessed Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager to build the infrastructure of our global growth engine. You will own the technology stack of our marketing and sales alignment, turning raw data into actionable insights that drive commercial strategy and growth decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Data & Insights

  • Analyze user engagement, campaign performance, and full-funnel data to identify which channels, segments, and initiatives drive the most impact on revenue and product adoption
  • Define, own, and evolve core growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention) to guide decision-making across marketing and sales
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses (e.g., cohort analysis, attribution, funnel diagnostics) to uncover growth opportunities and inefficiencies
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations on content, platforms, targeting, and go-to-market strategies
  • Support leadership with data-backed narratives that inform strategic decisions on visibility, reach, pipeline growth, and product adoption

CRM & Marketing Operations

  • Serve as the primary owner and administrator of HubSpot, optimizing workflows, lead scoring models, segmentation, and data hygiene
  • Continuously refine lead qualification and lifecycle management to improve conversion and pipeline efficiency
  • Manage the integration between our application portal and HubSpot, ensuring startup applicants are automatically categorized and review-ready for the Selection Committee
  • Ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable data across marketing, sales, and product systems, with a strong focus on data integrity and governance

Performance & Funnel Optimization

  • Design and maintain real-time dashboards tracking full-funnel performance, from Lead → Pilot → Deployment, with a focus on business-critical KPIs
  • Monitor pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and drop-off points; proactively identify bottlenecks and quantify their business impact
  • Partner closely with marketing and sales teams to design, measure, and optimize campaigns and experiments (e.g., A/B testing, channel performance)
  • Build forecasting models and performance projections to support growth planning and resource allocation

Tech Stack & Process Improvement

  • Manage and integrate third-party marketing, CRM, and analytics tools to ensure seamless and scalable data flow across systems
  • Partner with teams to structure and maintain reliable data pipelines and tracking frameworks
  • Continuously refine processes, documentation, and reporting standards to improve scalability, clarity, and decision-making speed
  • Drive improvements in tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks to better understand multi-channel performance

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Trait: You love structure and hate ambiguity. You are the person who fixes the broken process rather than working around it.
  • You are both analytically rigorous and commercially minded, able to connect data insights to real business outcomes
  • Possesses a positive attitude and thrives in a team environment
  • Is a self-starter, forward-thinking, and resourceful
  • Displays strong project management skills and is highly organized with great attention to detail, ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Is highly flexible and adaptable; able to juggle multiple projects efficiently with a can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
  • Has a mindset of continuous learning and improvement
  • Exhibits cross-cultural awareness, understanding, and sensitivity

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Product Analytics, or Data Analytics roles within high-growth or digital businesses
  • Technical Skills: Certified HubSpot expert (or equivalent CRM mastery). Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets; hands-on experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI); familiarity with product and web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
  • Experience with data modeling, funnel analysis, attribution, and experimentation (A/B testing) is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake) and data pipelines is a plus
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English in a business context

We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
