Key Responsibilities
SEO Performance & Technical Health
- Monitor and analyzelandingpage,keywordsperformanceandrankinginGoogle Search Consoletoidentifygaps andopportunities.
- Maintain landing page metadata (meta titles, meta descriptions) and build organic keyword segmentation strategies. Write on-page contentoptimizedfor KPIs andfocuskeywords.
- Shape and test SEO strategies that balance link authority, content relevance, and user engagement to drive long-term organic growth.
- Collaborate with the development team to improve product markup structure, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
- Establish monitoring processes, KPIs, and dashboards to ensure consistent tracking of SEO health.
- Stay ahead of algorithm and Generative AI trends to evolve SEO strategies that sustain rankings and expand visibility across both SERPs and AI-driven search experiences.
Product Merchandising & Content Execution
- Manage andoptimizeproduct information, metadata, and content to align with SEO best practices.
- Execute merchandising tasks hands-on to fully understand product data and customer search behaviorin relation to SEO strategy.
- Ensure product detail pages areoptimizedto improve visibility, rankings, and conversions.
SEO & SEM Integrated Strategy
- Partner with the SEM subject matter expert to align organic and paid search integrated strategies.
- Analyze overlap between SEO and SEM efforts to maximize visibility and ROI.
- Execute SEM-related tasks to better understand how SEO and SEM complement each otherand how both can beleveragedfor stronger results.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business,Data Analytics, or relatedfield.
- 2-4yearsof experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO(on-site, off-siteand,technical).
- Proficient in Google Search Console and SEMrush; bonusif experienced with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or other advanced analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of structured data, product schema, and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of modern search ranking frameworks (e.g., Google's A-B-C signal model, Google's AI Overview, SGE, Bing Copilot) and how they influence holistic SEO strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Bonus: Experience using AI-powered content tools (ChatGPT API, Jasper AI, or similar) to generate and scale content creation.
- Highly detail-oriented with a structured, data-drivenapproach to tasks.
- Ability tocommunicate andcollaborate with cross-functional teams (webdevelopment, SEM, merchandising).
