Drive Agile delivery across the team and support self-organizing, cross-functional teams in planning, coordinating resources, and delivering committed work.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Retrospective to ensure effective team execution.
Create and maintain a productive team environment by shielding the team from unnecessary external distractions, removing impediments, and reinforcing Scrum principles, practices, and values.
Work closely with the Product Owner, IT Project Lead, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and delivery progress.
Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve team collaboration, delivery efficiency, and Agile maturity.
Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics such as burndown, velocity, and sprint outcomes.
Act as a servant leader and coach to help the team adopt and improve Agile ways of working.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent Agile delivery / project coordination role.
Good understanding of Agile methodologies and practices, especially Scrum; familiarity with SAFe, DAD, Lean UX, or other Agile frameworks is a plus.
Understanding of incremental delivery, Agile metrics, and team performance tracking such as burndown charts, velocity, and definition of done.
Strong servant leadership mindset with a focus on empowerment, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Strong ability to foster teamwork, collaboration, and a positive team culture.
Experience working in service-oriented or software development environments is preferred.
Certification
Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification from Scrum.org is required.
