About the OpportunityOn behalf of our international client, we are hiring a Project Manager to join their expanding team, manage and deliver high-quality commerce projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful collaboration with clients and internal teams, driving delivery excellence. Our client is a leading provider of e-commerce solutions and high-quality services.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering and planning to execution, UAT, and deployment.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Developers, BAs, and QAs) to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients (primarily UK, US, and EU). Manage expectations, provide progress reports, and handle change requests.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) and maintain project documentation.
Proactively identify project bottlenecks, manage risks, and ensure the final product aligns with the standard of excellence.
Efficiently allocate resources and manage project budgets to ensure profitability and healthy team utilization.
Job Requirements
Technical skills:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
Experience in E-commerce (Magento/ PHP/ Shopify) is a significant advantage.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows.
Experience working with European/UK clients or holding a PMP/PSM certification.
Soft skills:
Professional English is a must (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or B2 level).
Ability to speak tech with developers and translate complex technical requirements into actionable tasks.
Sharp analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and a can-do attitude under pressure.

Salary review every 6 months
13.5 days of annual absence (12 days in accordance with the law + 1.5 days company trip)
13th-month salary based on the business performance.
