Responsibilities:
- Participate in full-cycle SAP FICO implementation projects (Blueprint, Configuration, Testing, Go-live, and Support)
- Analyze business requirements and design effective SAP FICO solutions
- Configure and support SAP FI/CO module
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR)
- Conduct system testing (Unit Test, SIT, UAT)
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support
- Engage in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, and implementation, demonstrating strong configuration knowledge of SAP FICO structures.
- Lead SAP FICO workstream in implementation or rollout projects (Senior Consultant)
- Conduct workshops and solution design sessions with finance stakeholder (Senior Consultant)
- Manage client communication and ensure timely project delivery
Requirements:
- Local Vietnamese with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of solid experience in SAP FICO implementation projects at professional consulting firms.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with Fiori applications.
- Strong business communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging with multinational clients at a professional level.
- Proven experience in testing, data migration, and preparing functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
