Job Description

  • Build & lead sales team to achieve targets
  • Develop strategies for US/CAN/China markets
  • Handle key accounts & support team closing deals
  • Monitor market trends & pricing strategy
  • Track KPIs, coach & drive team performance

Job requirements:


  • ≥3 years Sales Logistics, ≥1 year in leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of US/Canada market
  • Existing customer network & ability to generate business
  • Team management & coaching skills
  • Strong English communication
  • Result-oriented, strong problem-solving

  • Base salary + Management bonus + High commission (From 15,000,000 VND (Negotiable) + Bonus + Commission)
