I. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Business Development Manager to develop strategic callouts and manage over execution to ensure delivery of customer objectives, brand strategy and channel strategy, forecast country sales budget.
- Drive the annual growth of sales revenue and profitability of these accounts; ensure healthy retail P&L per accounts.
- Applies seasonal campaign to stores and new product launching.
- Review Category growth projection, key initiatives by sell-thru. Provide an update of the happenings in the marketplace by category including any market transformation/ elevation projects-update the traffic tracker based on the hits/misses for each category to region.
- Lead and manage execution of key account annual plan in key aspects: Category directed assortment by country, silo positioning by season, customer profitability and in-store communication.
- Closely working with landlords to develop market mapping, defining new location opportunities and analysing category selection proposals.
- Doing as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure that the work is completed efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments to improve services and meet customer requirements
- Other tasks under the assignment of BDM.
II. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Key Account Management / Sales / Retail / Wholesale, preferably in Fashion, Sports, or Golf-related industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales performance tracking, and account management.
- Good commercial mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, be proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Good command of English (both written and verbal).
- Passion for Golf and understanding of the Golf market is a strong advantage.
- Existing network within Golf-related partners (e.g., golf courses, pro shops, distributors, communities) is a plus.
