Job Description

Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process and process customer orders in SAP.
Provide sales support to assigned markets and coordinate shipping documentation.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints and sample requests.
Support trade compliance documentation and customer profile maintenance.
Liaise with internal teams on credit, logistics and order fulfilment matters.
