  • Support the sales team: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team by managing and organizing sales-related documents, reports, and data.
  • Sales reporting: Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and generate sales performance metrics for management review.
  • Database management: Maintain and update customer databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Sales support: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to provide support in achieving sales objectives and resolving issues.
  • Project coordination: Coordinate sales activities such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging meetings or travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Other tasks to support the team as per Line Manager's request.
  • Other tasks are assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements

  • University or College graduate
  • Experience in sales support or a similar role: min 1 year
  • Communication: Intermediate
  • Problem-solving: Intermediate
  • Collaboration: Intermediate
  • Ability to, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment. manage multiple tasks, prioritize work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Good English proficiency is a plus
