Job Description

  • Generate and analyze sales volume forecasts based on historical data, market trends and customer behavior to facilitate decision-making and resource planning.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential areas of improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, sales reports and forecasts to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Train and mentor junior sales support members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to provide support in achieving sales objectives and resolving issues.
  • Other tasks are assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements

  • University or College degree in Transport, Logistics, Economics or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the Supply Chain or E-Logistics is preferred.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
