1. Problem Analysis & Solution Design
. Analyze operational performance to identify gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
. Develop data-driven insights, scenarios, and proxy calculations to support decision-making.
. Propose practical and scalable operational improvement levers.

. Lead or support end-to-end improvement projects from design to implementation.

3. Performance Monitoring & Stakeholder Alignment
. Monitor post-implementation performance and validate actual impact versus projection.
. Communicate analysis, recommendations, and progress clearly to stakeholders.
. Act as a problem-solving partner for regional operations teams.
.Min 5 years experience in operations solution, operation excellences, network design, preferably in logistics supply chain and e-commerce
. Strong analytical thinking with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
. Strong understanding of logistics operations
. Solid project management and stakeholder management skills.
. Effective communication: clear the messages to be sent out and clear what we want to receive from stakeholders
. Excellent analytical & technique, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
. Advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint/Slide Presentation
. Critical thinking, problem-solving attitude and continuous improvement mindset
. Take ownership, possess go an extra mile in each task, result driven mindset
. English proficiency is a must.
