International Sales Executive

Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage and grow international customers, mainly in the US and Europe markets. This role is responsible for handling the full sales cycle from inquiry to shipment and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain international customers (US, EU, Asia...)
• Handle inquiries, quotations, and sample development
• Follow up orders from PO confirmation to shipment
• Coordinate with internal teams (Production, QC, Logistics)
• Ensure on-time delivery and product quality
• Monitor shipment, documentation, and payment
• Handle customer feedback and complaints 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably experience in furniture, home décor, wooden products manufacturing export industry)
• Good English communication (email & meetings)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented.
