We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position ofSales Specialistto join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:
Key Responsibilities
- In charge of Specialty chemicals sales for domestic B2B customers (factories, OEMs, distributors, etc.) in Plastic, Rubber, Coating and home appliances industries.
- Identify, develop new customers and maintain/expand relationships with existing customers.
- Provide product consulting and propose solutions tailored to each customer's applications.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms; follow up on orders, deliveries, and receivables.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Accounting, etc. to ensure supply progress and service quality.
- Update and report on market trends, competitors, and business performance on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Petrochemicals or related majors.
- Preferably with B2B sales experience (chemicals, industrial materials, coatings, adhesives, plastics, etc.).
- Good English skills: able to read product documents and communicate via email with partners.
- Personal traits: proactive, energetic, fast learner, willing to master technical products, and able to work under sales pressure.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; proficient in MS Office.
