We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedSales Research Leadto join our lead generation team. In this role, you will take the lead in researching and identifying high-quality leads within Vietnam and global markets, while also contributing directly to the research efforts as an active member of the team. Your work will play a crucial role in supporting outbound sales campaigns by supplying accurate and relevant prospect data to our outreach team. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on researcher, skilled in managing lead generation processes and collaborating with the sales team to achieve key business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team in researching and identifying qualified B2B leads across various industries and markets, while actively contributing to the research process.
- Use advanced online tools, directories, and databases to collect key information on companies and decision-makers.
- Maintain and update the internal lead database, ensuring high levels of accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of the data.
- Segment leads based on industry, location, job function, and specific campaign requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales, SDR, and marketing teams to define and refine targeting criteria to align with the companys sales strategies.
- Actively contribute to identifying, assigning, and tracking leads for the outreach team, monitoring pipeline health and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Stay informed on market trends, lead generation best practices, and industry developments to continuously improve research strategies.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular reports on lead generation progress, data quality, and insights into research efficiency.
- Support the development and optimization of research processes and tools to enhance team performance and lead quality.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members while remaining engaged in day-to-day research tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in market research, lead generation, or business development, with hands-on experience in identifying and qualifying leads.
- Strong research skills, including proficiency in using online research tools, directories, and databases.
- Ability to manage and organize large volumes of data with great attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to lead segmentation and prioritization.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and the role of lead research in driving sales performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate research findings and recommendations clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Apollo, Hunter, LinkedIn, and other lead generation tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a proactive approach to meeting goals and deadlines.
