Merchant Onboarding
Merchant Onboarding
- Handle merchant onboarding requests, validate requirements, and ensure accurate processing and documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant teams, monitor pending cases, and ensure onboarding is completed within required timelines.
- Process requests for merchant materials.
- Coordinate fulfillment with inventory, logistics, and vendors while tracking delivery and resolving delays.
- Identify recurring issues, manual processes, and operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Support testing, automation, and implementation of approved process enhancements.
- Maintain accurate merchant records, trackers, and supporting documents while ensuring data quality.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage exceptions, and escalate issues when needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years experience in Operations, Banking, Fintech, Compliance, Onboarding, Document Verification, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with business and government documents and basic regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, data validation, and documentation skills.
- Basic to intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Able to handle high-volume work while meeting SLA/TAT.
