Sales Manager – SUR & CDM (HCMC & Center Region)

Purpose of the Role

As a Sales Manager for SUR and CDM in the HCMC and Center region, you are responsible for leading and developing high-performing sales teams to drive business growth, market penetration, and achievement of sales targets.

You act as a key business leader, taking ownership of sales strategy, execution, and customer engagement while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and customers to strengthen market presence, optimize sales processes, and deliver sustainable business success.

The Key Responsibilities for This Position Include:

• Lead and manage SUR and CDM sales teams across the HCMC, Highland and Center region to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

• Develop and execute sales and market access strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.

• Coach, mentor, and support the sales teams through active field engagement and performance management.

• Implement sales and marketing activities aligned with regional business goals.

• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

• Ensure achievement of sales goals and financial targets for SUR and CDM products in the assigned region.

• Manage and oversee the sales forecasting process to ensure accuracy and alignment with business plans.

• Define customer segmentation, conduct market mapping, and align products with target market segments.

• Identify gaps and continuously improve sales processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Required Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or application roles, preferably within the medical device industry.

• Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams with a strong track record of achieving targets.

• Strong understanding of the medical surgical ophthalmology industry; experience with surgical products and chronic disease management solutions is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, customer insights, and data to support decision-making.

• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to work effectively within a team environment.

• High sense of accountability and strong work ethic.

• Strong customer focus with excellent presentation and influencing skills.

• Good command of spoken and written English.
