You will lead and shape the country's commercial strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and long-term customer partnerships. This role is accountable for building a high-performing sales organization and delivering execution excellence across freight forwarding and contract logistics portfolios nationwide.

This is a critical leadership position for a commercially astute, results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Performance
  • Develop and execute a robust national sales strategy aligned with country targets, accelerating revenue growth and maximizing profitability.
  • Translate market intelligence, customer insights, and internal capabilities into actionable, high-impact sales plans.
  • Drive disciplined sales performance management, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue quality.
  • Ensure achievement (and overachievement) of KPIs, financial targets, and ROI expectations.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities, underperforming segments, and implement targeted improvement initiatives.
  • Continuously adapt strategies to respond to evolving market dynamics, competitive pressures, and customer needs.
  • Sales Leadership & Team Development
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing, customer-centric national sales organization.
  • Set clear direction, priorities, and accountability frameworks to drive consistent results.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales talent, creating strong succession pipelines and a culture of excellence.
  • Foster collaboration across sales, products, and operations to deliver integrated customer solutions.
  • Champion company values with a strong focus on safety, integrity, trust, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer & Strategic Stakeholder Engagement
  • Own and grow relationships with key strategic accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Strengthen collaboration across the regional and global network to deliver One Toll solutions.
  • Partner closely with Product and Operations teams to co-create differentiated, customer-centric offerings.
  • Represent the organization in high-level client engagements, industry forums, and business development initiatives.
  • Enhance brand visibility and market presence while ensuring exceptional customer experience and retention.
  • Sales Governance, Process & Execution
  • Drive excellence in sales governance, reporting accuracy, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure CRM discipline with high data quality standards (≥95%) and pipeline transparency.
  • Lead the implementation of global and regional commercial initiatives, ensuring strong local execution.
  • Identify and lead strategic business opportunities critical to country growth.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Fluent in English; Vietnamese language capability is a strong advantage.
  • 8–15 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain, with at least 5 years in senior sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering sustained revenue growth and building high-performance sales teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution and results.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments and large-scale customer engagements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in driving change, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
