Job Description
- Develop Market: Identify and capture new opportunities in Vietnam's indirect sales segment.
- Manage Channels: Build strong distributor and partner relationships to drive growth.
- Execute Sales: Achieve targets through engagement, pipeline management, and deal closure.
- Prospect Actively: Seek new customers with persistence and adaptability.
- Analyze Market: Monitor trends, competitors, and customer needs to guide strategy.
- Ensure Compliance: Align with corporate policies while adapting to local dynamics.
- Report Performance: Deliver timely updates on sales, forecasts, and insights.
- Handle Additional Duties: As assigned by SEA Director.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, Applied Physics, or related disciplines
- Sales experience in industrial or commercial water solutions, pumps, or related sectors
- Proven track record in B2B sales and channel management
- Strong network within Vietnam's water or industrial sectors
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a competitive environment
