Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
  • Prospect and qualify new customers through outbound campaigns, referrals, and industry events
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure retention and upsell opportunities
  • Set and track quarterly/annual sales targets, delivering consistent pipeline growth
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align go-to-market initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Candidates with experience in smart hardware, security, surveillance, networking, and low-voltage systems are preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
