Job Description

  • Drive market expansion in Vietnam by identifying opportunities in automation sectors
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate new customer segments and sales channels
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships while strengthening brand presence in the market
  • Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and position tailored solutions effectively
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, solution presentation, and tender submissions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (technical, commercial, and regional teams) to deliver integrated solutions
  • Oversee project alignment and execution, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction
  • Achieve business growth targets and KPIs while maintaining flexibility to travel and support client needs

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within automation, industrial automation, or logistics automation
  • Strong technical understanding with ability to translate customer needs into engineering solutions
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex B2B sales cycles and solution selling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven mindset
  • Willingness to travel frequently and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Salary: 50 - 60M VND + bonus
