Job Description
- Drive market expansion in Vietnam by identifying opportunities in automation sectors
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate new customer segments and sales channels
- Build and manage strategic partnerships while strengthening brand presence in the market
- Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and position tailored solutions effectively
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, solution presentation, and tender submissions
- Collaborate cross-functionally (technical, commercial, and regional teams) to deliver integrated solutions
- Oversee project alignment and execution, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction
- Achieve business growth targets and KPIs while maintaining flexibility to travel and support client needs
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferred)
- Proven experience in business development or sales within automation, industrial automation, or logistics automation
- Strong technical understanding with ability to translate customer needs into engineering solutions
- Demonstrated success in managing complex B2B sales cycles and solution selling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
