Role Description
The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales efforts by building strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, conducting market research, implementing sales plans, and monitoring competitor activities. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai (Binh Phuoc).
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development within the hospitality or related sectors.
- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate a team, set and monitor performance goals, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills for effectively liaising with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving: Proficiency in creating sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and strategizing solutions to meet business goals.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Familiarity with using CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage sales pipelines.
- Proactive and Results-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the Hospitality Industry: Knowledge or experience in the glamping, hospitality, or tourism sector is a strong asset.
