Core responsibilities:

Client consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs and challenges, then recommend the most suitable technical solutions.
Product demonstration: Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that clearly explain complex technical products.
Technical support: Provide pre-sales technical assistance and post-sales support (with technical support from manufacturers)
Solution design: Work with internal teams, such as engineering and design, to customise products or services to meet specific customer requirements.
Sales process management: Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals and negotiating contracts.
Market and product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new products, industry trends, and technical specifications.
Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing clients and seek new business opportunities.
Reporting and feedback: Create reports on sales and client feedback, and relay this information to Director.
