Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include preparing sales reports, coordinating with the engineering team, and overseeing contract negotiations and aftersales service.

Qualifications

• Sales skills, including customer relationship management and negotiating
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Technical knowledge related to HVAC, elevators, air compressors, and energy-saving solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the consulting, design, or maintenance of industrial systems is a plus
