Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Thu Duc City,Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves analyzing market trends, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful delivery of solar mounting solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management and team collaboration
• Familiarity with the renewable energy industry, particularly solar energy and photovoltaic systems
• Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales analytics software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Vietnamese or additional languages is a plus
• Ability to adapt to market trends and work in a fast-paced environment
