We are hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing AI company delivering fintech solutions for customer onboarding, identity verification, and fraud detection, serving leading financial institutions globally.

Role Overview

The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales in the BFSI sector across Vietnam. This role involves identifying high-value prospects, building strong client relationships, and closing enterprise deals. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored SaaS solutions while maintaining a structured and scalable sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Identify and develop target accounts within BFSI, especially banking clients
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive revenue growth by closing high-value enterprise deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams for solutioning and deal structuring
  • Execute targeted outreach using data-driven insights and tools
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and optimize sales processes
  • Contribute to improving sales playbooks and team best practices

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and business development
  • Strong experience working with BFSI clients, especially in regulated environments
  • Established network and relationships within the Vietnam BFSI ecosystem
  • Proven ability to manage both lead generation and deal closure
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools (Apollo, Outreach, etc.)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
