About the Role

A global FMCG brand with ambitious expansion plans is entering Vietnam and Southeast Asia. We're looking for a Sales Manager with a strong distribution management network and proven ability to build markets from zero to one.

You'll play a key role in launching the brand, setting up distributor partnerships, and developing the right commercial strategies to scale growth in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors with strong market reach.
  • Drive zero-to-one market development — set up go-to-market, pricing, and route-to-market structures.
  • Lead sales planning, execution, and channel expansion across Modern Trade, General Trade, and Food Service.
  • Track performance, analyse market trends, and ensure profitable growth.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of FMCG or beverage sales experience, preferably handling imported or international brands.
  • Proven record in building distribution networks and managing key accounts.
  • Experience launching or expanding new markets (zero-to-one exposure preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
