Country Deputy Chief Representative

Responsibilities:

• Lead the research on the local automotive industry environment, including automotive industry policies, market size, competition changes, business models.

• Assist the Chinese team in coordinating local channel expansion, market promotion, and sales order management to achieve performance targets.

• Assist the Chinese team leader in conducting local market research and analysis, and support local product planning and certification tasks, study local market business development models, and drive the achievement of performance goals

• facilitate business cooperation between the Chinese team and local partners, and assist in formulating business-related policies in areas such as sales, services, and channels.

• Assist the Chinese team in managing local business operations, and handle local government affairs and public relations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.

• Minimum of 7 years experience in the automotive industry; prior experience with Japanese companies or Chinese-funded enterprises in the local market is preferred.

• Proven experience in vehicle project planning and brand introduction.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational loyalty.

• Positive outlook on the growth of China's new energy vehicle industry.

• Strong English communication; Chinese language ability is an advantage.
