Founded in 1994 in Dalat, Vietnam, the company now manages over 200 hectares of farms, producing cut flowers, potted plants, young plants, and greenhouse-grown vegetables.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Vietnam

The CEO will lead Dalat Hasfarm's 4,000 employees and 10 direct reports, driving growth, profitability, and transformation. Reporting to the Group CEO, this role carries full responsibility for strategy, operations, and P&L in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a strategic growth plan aligned with group vision.
• Drive business development, partnerships, and market expansion.
• Oversee operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and innovation.
• Lead and develop talent, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Manage full P&L, ensuring revenue and profitability targets.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership as CEO, GM, or senior executive.
• 10+ years experience in floriculture, horticulture, or agriculture.
• Strong P&L track record and international management experience.
• Visionary, results-driven, and culturally aware leader.
• Excellent communicator with integrity and entrepreneurial drive.

• Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in de (glas)tuinbouw, sierteelt of landbouw.
• Sterke P&L-resultaten en internationale managementervaring.
• Visionair, resultaatgericht en cultureel sensitief leider.
• Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, integer, ondernemend en hands-on.
