Aufgabengebiet

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across sectors such as banking, retail, jewelry, pawnshops, commercial enterprises, government, and industrial markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and partners.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, tenders, and regular sales reports.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (operations, service, and supply chain) to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Support payment follow-ups and assist with collection activities where required.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer engagement events.
  • Collaborate with consultants, architects, contractors, and system integrators to generate and convert project opportunities.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in secure storage, safety products, fire protection, banking equipment, or industrial solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and proactive.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
