Position Overview

The Spare Parts Sales Manager/Director is responsible for developing and executing the overall spare parts and accessories sales strategy across assigned markets. This role oversees catalog development, sales channel expansion, inventory planning, and order management while ensuring strong collaboration with internal departments and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially driven, and experienced in multi-market sales operations.

  • Accessories Catalog Development
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, product trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to develop, update, and propose the accessory catalog.
  • Ensure product positioning, feature information, and pricing are aligned across markets.
  • Define, allocate, and monitor sales targets for each market.
  • Develop sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue and profit goals.
  • Track performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Research and evaluate new sales channels, distributors, and business partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
  • Develop cooperation programs, promotions, and incentive plans with e-commerce partners to drive online sales.
  • Analyze market demand and forecast accessory ordering needs to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Manage accessory inventory levels to minimize overstock or shortages.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain and Logistics teams on purchasing schedules and stock replenishment strategies.
  • Process distributor/dealer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate closely with logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of accessories to market warehouses.
  • Address order-related issues and ensure efficient after-sales support.
  • Work with Marketing on product launches, sales campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Align with Finance on pricing, budgeting, and monthly sales reporting.
  • Cooperate with Customer Service to track market feedback and continually improve offerings.

RequirementsQualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, Supply Chain, or related field;
  • 510 years of experience in spare parts, accessories, or automotive/consumer goods sales; managerial experience required.
  • Strong understanding of multi-market sales operations and channel management.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce partnerships and online sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, including demand forecasting and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office (Excel/Power BI preferred).
  • Ability to travel as required
