The Role
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and market expansion across our flexible workspace portfolio. This role combines high-impact sales execution with forward-thinking business development, focusing on achieving occupancy targets while identifying new revenue opportunities and cultivating strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will oversee the full revenue lifecyclefrom lead generation to contract execution and client expansion.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for all workspace solutions, including private offices, dedicated desks and co-working, ensuring occupancy and revenue targets are met.
- Conduct compelling centre tours and negotiate complex lease agreements, including pricing, terms, and custom fit-outs, with a diverse client base ranging from startups to large enterprises.
- Leverage CRM tools to manage lead flow, improve conversion rates, and deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
- Analyze market trends, competitive pricing, and client demand to recommend and evaluate new service offerings or business models.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial real estate brokers and local business organizations to generate consistent referral revenue.
- Act as a brand ambassador at industry events and networking functions to enhance visibility and reputation.
- Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient resource utilization.
What we are looking for
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in sales, leasing, or business development, ideally within commercial real estate, hospitality, or serviced office industries
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding high-volume sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing complex, high-value deals.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
