Reporting to: Head of Sales
Scope:
Lead and scale the MT/GT business, including distribution expansion, channel strategy, and sustainable growth development across key markets and provinces.
Key Respinsibility:
1. Channel Management & Strategy
- Lead overall performance of MT/GT channels (sell-in & sell-out)
- Develop and execute channel strategies across different growth phases
- Optimize SKU prioritization, stock allocation, and sales policies
- Manage key accounts and distributors to ensure effective partnerships and controlled growth
2. Distributor Network Development
- Expand and restructure the distributor network
- Define segmentation (key / growth / low-performing partners)
- Optimize resource allocation based on ROI and performance
- Build strategic relationships with decision-makers for long-term collaboration
3. Provincial Market Expansion
- Develop structured expansion strategies based on data and market insights
- Execute cluster-based expansion plans with clear prioritization
- Ensure effective sell-out and sustainable performance post-expansion
- Drive coverage aligned with revenue and ROI targets
4. Sales Team Leadership
- Build and develop MT/GT sales organization
- Design team structure and coverage model
- Coach and develop line managers (ASM)
- Establish standard ways of working to enable scalability
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Admin teams
- Align campaigns with market realities
- Ensure product availability, timely execution, and activation quality
- Monitor and optimize ROI of trade activities
6. Planning & Performance Management
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning
- Forecast sales and market trends
- Analyze root causes and drive data-informed decisions
- Adjust strategies based on performance insights

Requirements
Experience
- 5–8 years in Sales, preferably in MT/GT channels
- Proven experience in managing multi-level teams (ASM, Sales Reps)
- Strong background in distributor and key account management
- Experience in building and scaling distribution systems
