Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Drive commercial growth for the Animal Nutrition & Health portfolio across assigned customers and market segments in Vietnam.
  • Lead distributor & direct account management to achieve revenue, margin and cost objectives, ensuring timely sales execution.
  • Develop opportunity pipelines and convert with disciplined sales process.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with regional sales, marketing, technical/application, supply chain and other teams to deliver customer solutions and marketing plans.
  • Shape market plans by identifying trends, segments and competitive moves; translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Engage with customers, demonstrating strong knowledge of customer operations (importation, procurement, production).
  • Enable partners and customers through training (distributor sales teams, key accounts) and coordination of technical support and onsite application service.
  • Execute local marketing initiatives & events that build pipeline and brand preference.
  • Report market intelligence (monthly call reports, competitive updates, risks/opportunities) and run an annual market survey to inform strategy.

What Makes You The Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in Animal Nutrition & Health
  • Proven key account management success with multinational integrators/feed manufacturers and strong distributor management.
  • Strong grasp of customer operations, including importation processes, procurement, and production workflows.
  • Solutionspartner mindset: consultative problem solver who diagnoses needs and designs valueadding proposals.
  • High commercial acumen (pricing, margin management, negotiation) with a datadriven approach to pipeline, forecasting and territory planning.
  • Effective stakeholder collaboration across sales, marketing, technical/application, supply chain and regional leadership.

  • Established network with leading integrators and corporate accounts in Vietnam; experience growing share with complex, multisite customers.
  • Track record launching solutions and capturing value through consultative selling and technical collaboration.
